Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard is a fast-food restaurant in Lakewood, Colorado that serves gourmet burgers and frozen custard. Good Times Restaurants Inc. owns and operates 35 Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard restaurants in Colorado and Wyoming, with 33 in Colorado and two in Wyoming. Round the Corner Restaurants opened its first location in Boulder, Colorado, in 1968, and established a chain of gourmet, sit-down hamburger restaurants. At its peak, Round the Corner had 30 restaurants in four states. In 1986, Round the Corner formed a company to develop the Good Times drive-through concept. By 1987, the company had opened its first location in Boulder as Good Times Drive-Thru Burgers.

Round the Corner was a subsidiary of Good Times Restaurants, Inc. between 1990 and 1993 until being spun off into an independent company in 1995. Good Times was the lone secured creditor when Round the Corner filed for bankruptcy in 1996. By 2000, the final remaining Round the Corner restaurant, in Aurora, Colorado, had been sold to an independent operator. In 2005, Good Times and Taco John’s initiated a pilot programme to build co-branded locations. Bambino Burgers, slider hamburgers identical to those provided by White Castle, were created by Good Times in 2007. In 2013, Good Times bought a 48 percent stake in Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, a “full-service, upscale,’small box’ restaurant concept” situated in North Carolina. Good Times stated in 2015 that it will buy the remaining 52 percent of Bad Daddy’s for $21 million, which includes development rights for franchise locations in Colorado, Arizona, and Kansas.
