Kona Grill Menu
Kona Grill Menu, Inc. is Scottsdale’s high-end casual restaurant company which provides American food, sushi, and drinks in Arizona. The company owns and operates approximately 40 local restaurants in 23 United States and three international franchise agreements. STK Parent’s One Hospitality Group purchased Kona Grill in 2019 for $25 million.
On 18 September 1998, Kona Grill opened its doors in Scottsdale Fashion Square. The precursor of the eateries was Sushi on Shea which was created in Scottsdale in 1994. Restaurant designer Michael McDermott decided to create Kona Grill with additional things from America’s menu.
The new restaurant has set up a contemporary atmosphere. McDermott in 2002 sold Sushi to Shea in order to focus on the expansion of the Kona Grill.
On August 16, 2005, Kona Grill received the initial public bid of $11 per stock. The company raised $28.8 million by the 31st December 2005 and expanded its base to nine locations. In 17 countries Kona Grill grew by 2014 to 26 sites. The same company’s 2014 sales climbed by 6.2 per cent in 14 of its last 15 quarters and ranked it as one of the fastest-growing restaurants in the highest district of the casual eateries industry that year.
